Yes, Seraph Group has a committed fund that comes from our member base. Unlike angel groups, entrepreneurs do not have to pursue each of our members for funding. Seraph Group’s investment decisions are made for our members by our Investment Committee, thus increasing the efficiency and expediency of the process for the entrepreneur. |

Seraph Group is comprised of business leaders and entrepreneurs from around the globe. Our members have experience in numerous industry segments and include current and former executives of Fortune 500 companies, serial entrepreneurs, and business leaders whose experience can add significant value to our investments. |

What stage of company does Seraph Group prefer to fund?
Seraph Group predominately invests in the $200,000 to $2 million range in early to mid-stage companies. In today’s market there is a capital gap in this area of funding. However, this stage of development and amount of funding is not set in stone. Seraph Group is interested in all stages of companies and will consider investments from seed capital to later-series rounds of funding. What do you look for in an investment? |

How can your network help my company?
Seraph Group often accesses the knowledge and expertise of our members to help our portfolio companies. The ways Seraph’s members help entrepreneurs includes, but is not limited to, getting referrals and leads for potential customers, providing references and introductions to people and companies, providing mentorship and guidance in areas of the member’s expertise, and helping companies market and spread the word of their products. Seraph Group will also ask appropriate members to serve on the board of directors of portfolio companies where we feel a specific member could add value to that company’s team. |

What is your due diligence process like?
Throughout the process of evaluating a potential deal, Seraph Group’s full time investment team conducts due diligence on the company. During our due diligence process, we further investigate the company on a deeper level—including, but not limited to, a thorough examination of the company’s model, strategy, and market, extensive financial analysis, a validation of its management team’s credentials and background, and a competitive analysis. We also, with the help of our attorney’s, conduct thorough legal due diligence on potential investments. |
