Investment Process - Seraph Group's internal team receives investment proposals from the member network in addition to industry peers. The Investment Committee made up of former venture capitalists and seasoned investors screen and select investments on behalf of members. Seraph's internal team conducts in-depth due diligence, negotiates, structures and closes investments. Members with matching expertise and knowledge assist the Team and Investment Committee in making investments. Seraph's unique co-investing feature gives members the option to invest additional capital on an opt-in, deal-by-deal basis alongside the funds investment. Qualified members are recruited to manage portfolio companies providing the group with regular updates.
