We work with reputable legal and accounting professionals to execute thorough legal and financial due diligence on potential investments.

Upon successful completion of the due diligence process and closing of an investment, Seraph Group produces and distributes an investment memorandum to our members that highlights the facts and deal terms, summarizes the due diligence findings, and comments on risks and rewards of the investment.
