I made a decision in 2004 that I want to work with people I like, do what I am good at and leave a legacy that benefits society. It was a moment when you pause and say ‘Now what?’ I came up with this idea where I bring together great people to help others through angel investing. Soon I embarked on an journey to design and launch Seraph Group. The rest is history. I do this because I love helping people pursuing their imagination and realizing their dreams. It is that simple. It is an incredibly rewarding journey to spend the little time one has on this planet with people who innovate with passion.

Tuff has a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Investment Committees

Seraph also leverages the expertise of its Investment Committees, teams of Seraph members assembled on an case-by-case basis to leverage the most targeted expertise available within our network. Investment Committees assist the General Partner in selecting investment opportunities and conducting due diligence. Post-investment, these members provide strategic guidance and key relationships as needed. Seraph will assemble Investment Committees to help evaluate investment opportunities in the following sectors:
